Cleaning Africa provides professional cleaning, cleaning services and contract cleaning services, focusing on the Motor Industry and Commercial and Industrial cleaning.

Cleaning Africa Thuŝanang (Pty) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleaning Africa Services (Pty) Ltd, which is merely a management and training company.

We are a Category A, Value Adding Supplier and are certified as a Level 1 Contributor in terms of the Broad-Based Black Economic Codes of Good Practice. This means that you can earn up to 202.50% of your Rand spend with us in the Preferential Procurement section of your scorecard.

163 of our staff have undergone Services Seta Learnerships, from NQF Level 1 to 4.

Our success lies in our people and in our ability to train and manage hundreds of staff to achieve the stringent requirements demanded by our clients.

Our chemicals are all industry and SABS approved. We make extensive use of the Innu-Science range of chemicals. These are the only “Green“, bacteria based products available in South Africa.

Cleaning Africa Group (CAG)

• CAG provides contract cleaning and specialised cleaning services, including the provision of hygiene services, pest control, once-off cleans, office plants, chemical supply and labour outsourcing.

• The Group is privately owned and started its first cleaning contract in April 1998.

• Cleaning Africa Thuŝanang CC (CAT) was formed in 2002 and was converted to a Private Company in 2007.

• CAT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleaning Africa Services (Pty) Ltd (CAS), which provides all administrative support for the Group.

• CAS is a Category A Company in terms of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice

• CAS is 51% Black owned and 30% of the shares are held by Black Females.

Black Economic Empowerment

• CAT is classified as a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) for the purposes of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE).

• CAT has a certified rating as a Level 1 Contributor and a Value Adding Supplier, which means that you may claim 168.75% of your Rand spend with us in the procurement section of your BBBEE scorecard.

• The company scored full marks for the Employment Equity section of the BBBEE scorecard.

Cleaning Africa uses the Innu-Science range of Chemicals. These are the only “Green”, bacteria-based products  available in South Africa. They are endorsed by the Department of  Environment (DEAT) and have been accepted by corporates like Nedbank and ACSA.
