All staff receive full training before going on-site.
Selected staff members undertake leadership training and receive a certificate of competence. Staff have regular meetings with supervisors. Our Skills Development Committee proactively identifies training needs and implements where required. Our investment in our staff gives you the professional service you need – for your peace of mind.

Rutanang is the training division of Cleaning Africa. We are an approved training provider to the Services Seta and participate in the Learnership Programs.
