Cleaning Africa provides its staff with regular and on-going training.

All staff receive full training before going on-site.

Selected staff members undertake leadership training and receive a certificate of competence. Staff have regular meetings with supervisors. Our Skills Development Committee proactively identifies training needs and implements where required. Rutanang Academy of Training (Rutanang -”Learning together”)

Rutanang is the training division of Cleaning Africa.  We are an approved training provider to the Services Seta and participate in the Learnership Programs.
